Post Graduation Diploma in Management (PGDM):
PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) is a 2 years full-time AICTE approved course and comprises of 4 semesters of 6 months duration each. The course is intended to be stimulating, challenging and comprehensive but with due flexibility to accommodate field study, market survey, live projects, seminars, inter/intra college competitions and outdoor activities. First two semesters cover fundamentals of management and second year covers specialist subject of management viz., Marketing, Finance, HR.

Post Graduate Program in Fashion Management (PGPFM):
Post Graduate Program in Fashion Management (PGPFM) is designed to stimulate creative management thinking and to meet the needs of candidates lacking the theoretical underpinning and training required for application of management knowledge into practice especially in the field of Fashion and Lifestyle industry. The program consists of three segments, providing a solid knowledge base in each of the major management discipline along with practical training and internship which is utmost required for any management academic program. The PGPFM offered at ISMR is dynamic and very intensive. They reflect a policy that stresses contemporary specializations, experiential learning, optimum use of time, and industry-relatedness.

Eligibility:
A Bachelor’s Degree / Master Degree in any faculty of any statutory University with 50% or more marks (45% or more marks for students belonging to SC, ST/DT, NT,OBC, SBC for Maharashtra State Only).

Candidates are required to appear for CMAT / MH-CET / MAT exam or Association of Management MBA/MMS institutions (AMMI).

Selection Process:
Based on the performance on our Aptitude Test or valid CMAT/CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA score, followed by GD/PI for short listed candidates.

Group Discussion:
The group discussion generally aims at measuring the skills, knowledge, attitude, leadership, personality, etc. of the candidates. Group discussion is an elimination round.

Personal Interview:
The purpose of interviews is to measure aptitude, subject knowledge, business awareness, communication skills and suitability for corporate careers.
