What are some short tricks an IIT aspirant must know?

There are no short tricks by which you can get into the iits.Focus on concepts rather than short tricks.Jee’s paper is framed by experts that have
years of experience and they knew what tricks
students can apply. So only that student ccould get into iit or nit whose concepts are clear.

Can I get above 250 marks in 6 in JEE Main? 6 months are left only and now I become serious?

Why not?? This much time is sufficient to get any rank in JEE Mains or Advanced. I also prepared for JEE Advanced as well as Mains 2k16 in last four months. My JEE Advanced rank is 247 and JEE mains marks are 254. You can also do so if you are well dedicated and disciplined.
I was a student who started JEE coaching in 11th only but due to lack of proper guidance I did not excel that much from the beginning. I also used to be so much depressed and obsessed with life during the JEE phase because my syllabus was not even 15% covered till September. I only had some fundamental knowledge of chapters which every good JEE aspirant has. But suddenly I switched my way of thinking and accepted the situation as a challenge for myself.
One day (around the end of September 2015), I sat and thought a lot about the solution to this problem for whole of the day. Then I devised some techniques to save time, classified topics and arranged them in a specific order so that the efficiency can be maximized. I don’t remember all of them but some of them are as listed below:
  1. Divide your time between Physics, Chemistry and Maths so that you can study each of them daily.
  2. Wake up daily at 7 AM. Just brush your teeth and wash your face and have breakfast. Don’t take bath in the morning.
  3. Always start your day with maths. In the beginning of the day, you are very efficient and mathematics is the one subject which needs whole of your brain. I used to start with 5–6 hours maths daily.
  4. After doing maths, the clock strikes around 2. Now you will feel exhausted. At this time you may take your bath and have your food. Due to the bath, you will regain the freshness of morning. And now you may start with Physics or Physical Chemistry topics. These topics require a relatively lesser brain. Study them for as long as you can and then switch to the Inorganic and organic chemistry.
  5. When it is around 7 you can switch to the organic and inorganic chemistry because these subjects require a lot of theory and lesser brain.
  6. When you are near the end of your day ( I ended at around 1 or 2), just plan what and how will you do the next day.
I used the following books for theory and problems :
  1. Physics:
    1. Mechanics : HC Verma and DC Pandey
    2. Waves and Thermodynamics : BM Sharma
    3. Electricity and Magntism: DC Pandey
    4. Optics and Modern Physics: BM Sharma
    5. NCERT for JEE Mains
Keep one thing in mind that you should solve only “Concept Application Exercises” , Illustrations and solved examples of BM Sharma, no back questions. You don't have that much time to study it wholly, It's a massive book. However you should do above listed chapters from DC PANDEY and HC VERMA wholly. It is advised that the chapters should be done according to the following sequence:
  • Modern Physics
  • Optics
  • Thermodynamics
  • Electricity and Magnetism
  • Waves
  • Mechanics
Get a good command over theory and then see the solved examples. You will definitely excel in Physics.
2. Mathematics
There are five books of G Tewani for mathematics. You are advised to do them. You don't need to go beyond those books. Do some chapters of JEE Mains which are not in JEE Advanced from NCERT or any other simple book like RD Sharma.
Follow the given sequence:
  • Coordinate Geometry
  • Vectors and 3D Geometry
  • Calculus
  • Algebra
  • Trigonometry
You should do only single correct questions from the back exercises along with theory and Illustrations. Do other formats of problems in the 50 days gap between Mains and Advanced. Mathematics is all about getting clarity over theory and then solving a lot of problems. Do problems with a lot of enthusiasm.
3. Chemistry:
  • Physical :
    • KS Verma for theory and examples.
    • RC Mukherjee for examples and unsolved problems.
  • Inorganic :
    • Arrange classroom notes of a good teacher. Only good notes will do it for you. You don't have that much time to study lengthy books.
    • V Joshi for problems: V Joshi has all solutions at the back. You will often see some questions involving facts you have never listened. So note them down and keep repeating them.
Inorganic chemistry is all about remembering facts. You have to go through the notes 25–30 times. First slowly memorize individual chapters and then revise them on weekly basis. You need not follow any sequence of chapters in inorganic. With time you will see too many reactions common to multiple chapters. For example reactions of alkali metals with halogens are studied in both s block and p block elements. After a lot of mugging, your inorganic chemistry will get mechanised automatically. You will start predicting products of the reactions you have never seen earlier.
Never dare to leave any inorganic or organic chapter because they are very easy to study and the questions in the exam will also not be difficult. So why leave them??
  • Organic :
    • In organic also you have to arrange notes of a good teacher.
    • But here you have to study some chapters in deep detail. I prefer KS Verma for these chapters.
      • General Organic Chemistry
      • Reaction Mechanism
      • Oxidation and Reduction
      • Aldehydes and Ketones
    • Do Himanshu Pandey problems completely.
Do the chapters of JEE mains which are not in JEE Advanced syllabus from NCERT.
This technique really worked and I reached AIR 247 in JEE Advanced.
Just give your 100% whenever you study, it will save your time a lot. Best of luck for JEE.

The intern is given clinical responsibilities under the supervision of a medical teacher.

The Indian Journal of Medical Research (IJMR) is a biomedical journal with international circulation. It publishes original communications of biomedical research that advances or illuminates medical science or that educates the journal readers. It is issued monthly, in two volumes per year. MBBS – Direct Admission through Management Quota Seat

Manuscripts dealing with clinical aspects will be considered for publication, provided they contain results of original investigations. Articles need to be of general interest – e.g., they cross the boundaries of specialties or are of sufficient novelty and importance that the journal’s readers, whatever their specialty, should be made aware of the findings. Research papers reporting original research, review articles (both narrative and evidence based), research correspondence, letter to editor will be considered. Viewpoints and Perspectives are also considered. Papers of routine nature, which are merely records of interesting cases as also those dealing with modifications of routine methodology, will not be encouraged. Further, serialization of articles by the same author(s) into various parts (1,2,3, etc.) is strongly discouraged. In such cases the authors are advised to submit independent papers with self-sufficient titles and text. MBBS – Direct Admission through Management Quota Seat

MBBS – Direct Admission through Management Quota Seat
The IJMR strongly discourages duplication/reduplication of data already published in other journals (even when certain cosmetic changes/additions are made). When duplication is detected after publishing in IJMR, the journal will be forced to ‘retract’ such articles. Articles based on work carried out in private nursing homes and other non-recognized hospitals/research institutes will be discouraged.

Physiological systems and subcategories of physiology
Physiology is, in a sense, the study of life. It asks questions about the internal workings of organisms and how they interact with the world around them. Physiology tests how organs and systems within the body work, how they speak to each other and how they combine their efforts to make conditions favorable for survival. MBBS – Direct Admission through Management Quota Seat

A brief history of physiology[Bust of Hippocrates] Direct - MBBS
Hippocrates is considered by many to be the "father of medicine."
The study of physiology traces its roots back to ancient India and Egypt. As a medical discipline, it goes back at least as far as the time of Hippocrates, the famous "father of medicine" - around 420 BC. [ MS Ramaiah Medical College ] MBBS – Direct Admission through Management Quota Seat

Hippocrates coined the theory of the four humors, stating that the body contains four distinct bodily fluids: black bile, phlegm, blood and yellow bile. Most of the students in India and their parents; every fifth in all dream of getting a MBBS seat in a good medical college of India by scoring high in the medical entrance examinations conducted at national or state level. Those who fail to get a MBBS seat in entrance they choose to study Medical under self-support, in other words self-finance support. However, studying MBBS in the private medical colleges of India is very expensive. Therefore, studying Medical in India is undoubtedly a tough choice for those who want to be a doctor in future.

Another leap forward in physiological knowledge came with the publication of William Harvey's book titled An Anatomical Dissertation Upon the Movement of the Heart and Blood in Animals [ MS Ramaiah Medical College ]

Harvey was the first to describe systemic circulation and blood's journey through the brain and body, propelled by the heart. [MS Ramaiah Medical College ]

Although scarce, bachelor's degrees in ophthalmic technology are available. The four-year degree program teaches students how to perform testing and collect data to assist an ophthalmologist. A medical degree and completion of a residency are required to work in the field of ophthalmology. While not mandatory, most ophthalmology workers obtain certification to demonstrate knowledge of the field. For admission into a bachelor's program, students need a high school diploma or equivalent. Before graduating, some schools require students in an ophthalmic technology degree program to take the Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology (JCAHPO).

Prerequisites: High school diploma or equivalent
           Program Length Four years
Other Requirements: Pass the JCAHPO exam

Bachelor's Degrees for Preparing to Be an Ophthalmologist

Ophthalmology is a broad field that combines surgery and medicine. Ophthalmologists diagnose and treat eye diseases in both children and adults. Sub-specialties include cataract and refractive surgery, verities and ocular immunology, ophthalmic plastic surgery, ophthalmic pathology and neuro-ophthalmology. Although three years of college is the minimum requirement for entrance into medical school, most applicants have at least a bachelor's degree and some have more advanced degrees. The first few years of medical school focus on courses like anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pharmacology and pathology, so a bachelor's degree that is intensive to the sciences is recommended for students pursuing a career in ophthalmology. Programs that are classified as 'premedical' may be a good fit. Degrees may lead to a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts. Coursework varies depending on the specific bachelor's degree program, but premedical students need to complete courses in the physical and social sciences, as well as the humanities. Volunteering at a local clinic can also help undergraduate students gain practical experience. General premedical courses include:
           Inorganic chemistry
           Biology
           Physics
           English
           Mathematics
           Organic chemistry
